播音與主持藝術、空中乘務專業隸屬于工商管理學院。學院建有目前國內一流的模擬客艙服務、播音與主持、化妝、形體、航空安全員等實訓室，可滿足學生校內實踐所需;擁有南方航空公司、海南航空公司、昆明飛安公司等主要專業實習基地，可供學生學習客艙服務、水上救生、緊急撤離、機型知識、機上滅火等實踐課程。近年來有173人次在“中國亞運空姐招募大匯”全國精英總決賽、“海南航空天使”總決賽等賽事獲年度總冠軍、笑容獎、氣質獎、親和力獎、天使形象獎、中國國旗形象大使等各種榮譽稱號，為我校乃至河南省高校贏得了諸多榮譽，深受社會各界好評。畢業生主要面向航空公司和銀行等單位高端服務及管理崗位就業，近三年畢業生上機率均在70%以上，就業率達98%以上。

專家推薦信

大部分高校會要求申請材料中不少于兩封副教授以上職稱的專家提供的推薦信。

確定專家人選是核心環節。最優人選并非業內大牛或學校領導，而是最了解你的導師。他們可以客觀評價你，闡述推薦你的理由。當然如果你接觸過業內大牛，他也愿意親自推薦，那是極好的。

推薦信務必全面而客觀，要涵蓋學生的思想品德、學習成績、科研能力、實踐技能等，盡量用個性化的語言，但也要避免流于形式，無實質內容。

蓋章成績單

盡管每所高校甚至每位教師的評分標準不同，但成績仍是考核學生的硬性條件，漂亮的成績單無疑提高了你申請成功的概率。在準備成績單時，要注意所申請高校的具體要求，如有學校特別提醒要將成績單裝信封密封并在封口蓋章后郵寄。

打印成績單應盡量提前。因為大部分高校對成績單打印、蓋章有明確的時間規定，錯過之后，再申請打印、蓋章，會特別被動。

獲獎證書復印件、發表的學術論文等復印件

英語水平證書

新目錄充分體現了時代性、適應性、科學性和開放性的原則，保留了一批學科基礎比較成熟、社會需求相對穩定、布點數量相對較多、繼承性較好的專業，調整了一批內涵不夠清晰、名稱不夠規范、區分度較小的專業，增設了一批國家戰略性新興產業發展和改善民生急需以及應用性強、行業針對性強的新專業。

教育部同時還公布實施《普通高等學校本科專業設置管理規定》，與原規定相比，“一擴二減三加強”是新規定最顯著的特點。“一擴”是擴大了高校本科專業設置自；“二減”是減少了專業的審批環節和審批數量；“三加強”是加強了信息服務與公開，加強了專家組織作用的發揮，加強了新設專業的質量管理。

中國科技大學2013年創新試點班啟動招生

近日，中國科學技術大學2013年創新試點班招生辦法。

根據招生辦法，1996年1月1日及以后出生、學習成績優秀、創新潛力突出的高二（含）以下學生，均可報考。根據要求，考生可由中學推薦或個人自薦，報名時間為10月9日至11月9日。

報考者必須參加中科大2013年自主選拔錄取測試，學校將根據測試成績確定復試人選。復試科目為數學、物理、化學及非智力因素測試，通過者為創新選拔資格生。資格生需按規定時間在當地參加2013年全國統一高考，科目與當地高考（理工類）科目相同。

錄取原則：創新選拔資格生分A、B兩檔，A檔資格生高考成績達到當地重點控制線，B檔資格生高考成績達到中科大自主選拔錄取基準線下40分且在當地重點控制線上，即可被錄取。

湖南大學2013年自主招生僅面向8個基礎專業

10月11日下午，湖南大學舉行2013年自主選拔錄取改革新聞會，校長趙躍宇在會上宣布，2013年湖南大學自主選拔錄取將由往年面向“全部專業”調整為“八個專業”，即數學與應用數學、應用物理學、化學、生物技術、工程力學、漢語言文學、歷史學、英語，考生可根據個人意愿任選其一報考。為吸引更多有特殊才能的考生參考，學校規定報考對象為高中階段學習成績優秀學生，包括往屆生。同時，對中學推薦人數不做限制，在推薦形式上，由以往單一的中學推薦，擴大班主任和任課老師推薦。

考試組織也有較大變化，面試時間較以往增加一倍。考試流程由以往“自我介紹、選答題、評委隨機提問”等固定環節，調整為相關學院根據實際情況設置不同流程。筆試內容由以往“語數外”3科考試調整為考察與學生報考專業相關的知識，避免“小高考”。

面試環節部分理科專業要求學生進實驗室現場實踐。最終按照綜合分（=筆試成績+面試成績）分專業降序確定候選考生名單，招生人數和合格名單的比例為1∶2.5。

獲得自主選拔錄取資格的考生分A、B兩種形式進行錄取。A類高考投檔成績需達到該校生源地本科一批錄取控制分數線；B類指面試過程中表現特別優秀和對社會做出特殊貢獻的考生，如道德模范、復員退伍軍人等，經教育部批準，只要達到二本線上就可錄取。

擴大中等職業教育免學費范圍

國務院10月10日召開常務會議，決定擴大中等職業教育免學費范圍、完善國家助學金制度。

會議決定，自2012年秋季學期起，將中等職業教育免學費范圍由涉農專業學生和家庭經濟困難學生，擴大到所有農村（含縣鎮）學生、城市涉農專業學生和家庭經濟困難學生。

同時，將中等職業學校國家助學金資助范圍由一、二年級農村（含縣鎮）學生和城市家庭經濟困難學生，分步調整為一、二年級涉農專業學生和非涉農專業家庭經濟困難學生。將六盤山區等11個連片特困地區、及四省藏區、新疆南疆三地州中等職業學校農村學生全部納入享受助學金范圍。

最稱贊：父子短信互動3年10萬字
