我以前總是不喜歡讀書，不認真讀書。但我讀了《囊螢映雪》，見孫康和車胤都那么愛學習。總是孜孜不倦的讀書，我很感動。他們白天干活，晚上讀書，家里沒錢買燈油，但他們還是不放棄，抓螢火蟲放在紗袋里當燈，蹲在雪地上借雪反射的光看書，他們不怕苦，不怕冷，也不怕累。他們家里沒錢，還是想讀書，我們有著溫暖、明亮的屋子，還不刻苦讀書，真是內疚。我們以后一定要刻苦認真讀書，不斷的學習，要珍惜書，一句話，黑發不知勤學早，白首方悔讀書遲。我們如果現在不讀書，到老了就來不及了。我們一定要向車胤和孫康學習，勤奮讀書，長大了成為對社會有用的人。

仔細想想，我們和父母的感情有多么轟轟烈烈嗎？---沒有。他們的的確確是既平凡又深厚。
是啊，當我們還很小的時候，我們又知道什么呢？我們又會干什么呢？

當他們手顫抖時，我們能否做到為他們代勞呢？

執行力的強弱反映了各部門的管理水平，更體現在每一員工的精神面貌上，它無時不在影響著我們每個部門、每個環節的工作。那么，如何提高執行力，通過對本書的學習，我有以下幾點心得體會：
一、要激發全體干部職工對企業的目標、策略和各項制度的認同感，使其發揮內心深處最大的潛能，用良好的心態，愉快的精神和飽滿的工作熱情來完成自己的每一項工作。
二、為使執行力有前進的方向，需要對各部門、各崗位的職責范圍、衡量標準以及完成時限進行細分和量化。
三、建立良好的管理機制。制度和規定都是為了幫助員工更好的工作，是提供方便而不是為了約束，是為了規范其行為而不是一種負擔。
四、廣電行業面臨挑戰和機遇,人才建設尤為重要。積極選擇合適的人到恰當的崗位上，做到知人的基礎上善任，不僅有眼光識人，又要有魄力用人。
